Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build the core CRM and analytics platform that health plan teams run their network builds on. You'll own features end-to-end — from database schema to production-grade React. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, Tailwind.
Network Operations Success Manager
You know health plan network ops from the inside — contracting, credentialing, adequacy, the CMS filing process. You'll be the primary point of contact for Blueprint customers through onboarding and beyond.
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Identify and qualify health plan organizations that could benefit from Blueprint. You'll run outbound sequences to network development leaders, directors of provider relations, and VP-level network ops.
Product Designer
Own the Blueprint product design system — from user research with network ops teams to high-fidelity UI for complex data workflows. We care more about clarity than cleverness.
Healthcare Data Analyst
Work with CMS reference files, HSD data, NPI registries, and CAQH datasets to power Blueprint's adequacy scoring engine. You understand provider data and its quirks.
