What lines of business does Blueprint support?

Blueprint supports all four major lines of business: Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Exchange / QHP, and D-SNP (Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans). Each LOB has its own adequacy standards, and Blueprint models them separately so you can track one build across multiple LOBs simultaneously.

How is Blueprint different from a generic CRM like Salesforce?

Generic CRMs were built for sales pipelines, not provider contracting. With a generic CRM, you spend months customizing fields and building workflows from scratch — and you still don't get adequacy scoring, county-level tracking, or network-specific pipeline stages. Blueprint is configured for network builds on day one.

Does Blueprint submit to CMS or HPMS on our behalf?

No — submission to HPMS/NMM is always done by your team. Blueprint prepares HSD-formatted output, exception evidence packets, and adequacy documentation. You get submission-ready files, not a push-button submission tool.

Can we use Blueprint for multiple states simultaneously?

Yes. Each state is a separate workspace with its own HSD configuration, county set, and adequacy thresholds. You can manage multiple state builds in parallel from a single account. Additional states are $899/month each.

What is the Blueprint Analytics adequacy scoring methodology?

Blueprint's adequacy scoring engine uses the CMS time-and-distance standards from the current HSD Reference File for your LOB, cross-referenced against your contracted provider roster. For each county and specialty, Blueprint calculates your current adequacy status and identifies how many additional providers of each type are needed to pass.

Blueprint CRM starts at $899/month per state, billed monthly or annually (two months free on annual), with one user included ($249/user/month for more). The CRM subscription includes the pipeline, campaigns, credentialing workflows, team collaboration, and client portal. Blueprint Analytics is $4,500/month per state. Most teams choose Blueprint Complete, which bundles the CRM and real-time Analytics for $4,900/month per state.

How many users are included?

One user is included per state subscription. Additional users — account executives, contracting staff, credentialing team, or admins — are $249/user/month. The read-only leadership portal never uses a seat.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a self-serve free trial — network ops is complex enough that a hands-on demo is more useful than a sandbox. We'll walk you through the full platform on a real network build for your state and LOB.

Can we cancel anytime?

Monthly billing is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual billing requires an annual commitment but includes two months free. Either way, your data is fully exportable at any time.

Who owns our provider data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Your provider roster, contracting data, and adequacy results belong entirely to your organization. Blueprint never sells, licenses, or aggregates customer data. You can export your complete dataset at any time.

Is Blueprint HIPAA compliant?

Blueprint is designed to support your HIPAA obligations. We offer Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) on Enterprise plans. Our data isolation, access controls, and audit logging are built with HIPAA-regulated environments in mind.

How is data encrypted?

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. Keys are managed via hardware security modules. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers.

How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are fully operational in 3–5 business days. Day 1: data load and configuration. Day 2: team accounts and permissions. Day 3: training session (2 hours, your whole team). Days 4–5: first pipeline build together.

Can we import our existing provider data?

Yes. Blueprint accepts provider data via CSV upload during onboarding. We can also work with exports from CAQH, your existing CRM, or a spreadsheet roster. We handle the data load — you don't need an IT team to get started.
