Blueprint is $4,897/month per state and Blueprint Complete is $9,997/month per state, each including ten users and concierge support. Annual billing is two months free. A one-time setup fee starts at $1,997 per state, depending on the size of the build and the term of the agreement. Network adequacy is genuinely state-specific. Every state has different HSD thresholds, county classifications, Medicaid rules, and Exchange requirements. Per-state pricing means you only pay for the states where you're actually building.
