Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Blueprint Network Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Service Description
Blueprint Network Hub provides CRM software and network adequacy scoring tools for health plan provider network development teams. The platform is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Blueprint. We process your data only as necessary to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Blueprint only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to store PHI, violate applicable laws, or interfere with platform operations.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available for annual plans cancelled within 30 days of a renewal date.
6. Disclaimer
Blueprint provides adequacy scoring tools as informational aids. Regulatory adequacy determinations are the responsibility of your organization. We are not a licensed healthcare or legal advisor.
