Free Network Build Assessment
Take it freeACA marketplace network standards are enforced by CMS at the federal level and by state insurance departments at the state level. Blueprint's Exchange configuration loads both — so you're not guessing which rules apply.
The Challenge
Some states have additional requirements beyond the CMS baseline — you need both layers loaded to score correctly.
Late discovery of adequacy gaps can kill market entry plans. You need visibility from week one.
Managing provider participation across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers requires more than a contract tracker.
The Solution
Blueprint loads CMS QHP standards and the state-specific overlay for your market — applied simultaneously.
Essential Community Provider requirements are tracked separately — FQHCs, Ryan White grantees, Title X sites, and other ECP categories scored against CMS percentage thresholds.
Blueprint structures your build around the CMS QHP certification window with milestone alerts so nothing slips.

Regulatory context
CMS QHP network adequacy standards require issuers to meet time-and-distance thresholds and essential community provider (ECP) percentage requirements. ECPs include federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), Ryan White HIV/AIDS grantees, Title X family planning sites, and other safety-net providers. Blueprint tracks each ECP category separately and scores your network against CMS ECP thresholds. States operating their own exchanges (SBEs) may set additional requirements — Blueprint loads both simultaneously.
